Media Buyer Registration [Reserved Business Meetings]

＜Registration Process＞
1. After comapleting the Basic Profile registration, click on the URL in the automatically sent email to activate your account.
* The URL is valid for one week.
* If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder.

2. Please enter the information of the person who will actually be attending. Application is required for each individual visitor.
One ID (email address) is required for each person's application, and multiple registrations cannot be made with a single ID (email address).

3. Proceed to the 'Registration of Business Matching Information' to participate in the Reserved Business Meetings.
* After approval by the organizer (approximately five business days), start using the matching system.

4. After 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19, print your ID Pass in color from your My Page.

5. On the day of the event, have the QR code on your ID Pass scanned at the entrance gate for admission.

6. Place your ID Pass in the pass case provided at the venue during your visit.

・All buyers are required to come to Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center) for the business meetings.
・Only travel agencies or companies approved by the organizers are eligible to participate as buyers.

Notice Regarding Press Coverage

● For interviews, photography, and publication, permission must be obtained from booth staff or interviewees under the responsibility of each media company and its representatives.
● Care must be taken not to interfere with general visitors' activities and to respect portrait rights and privacy.
● All liability for compensation regarding accidents, damages, or any other issues shall be borne by the media companies and their representatives.
● If there are any special requests or instructions from the exhibition organizers, these must be followed.
